In the Matter of: With this submission, dishNET updates the Company’s headquarters address; makes amendments to the Company’s Residential Package F and grandfathered Residential Package E optional calling features by removing certain optional features and making others available through January 15, 2015; the Company also removes the Preferred Carrier Selection options that are no longer available, identifies optional calling features that are not subject to Commission jurisdiction, reduces the Non-Published Directory Listing, Call Trace, and interexchange service rate, marginally increases the directory assistance rate, makes minor textual amendments, adds the charge for discretionary Directory Assistance, and makes minor increases to the Continuous Redial and Last Call Return/Callback rates.
