  Docket No. 02-035-T03 - The purpose of this filing is to revise the credit to customers for the benefits attributable to the merger between PacifiCorp and ScottishPower as specified in UPSC Docket No. 98-2035-04. From January 10, 2000, through December 31, 2001, the merger credit has resulted in distributions to customers of approximately $23.9 million-in line with the targeted distribution of $12 million per year. The Company proposes going forward to increase the merger credit to 1.3 % from its current level of 1.0 %. This level is estimated to achieve the targeted level over the next twelve months. The merger credit will continue to be allocated among the Company’s retail tariff customers and will applied prior to the apportioning of any applicable taxes.
